Welcome to our Community!

With growing demographic diversity and geographic representation, Quadomain is truly becoming a global community. We've put our association online to provide more service and convenience.

You will find a wealth of online services: opportunities to share ideas and information, get news and announcements, access an online resource center for important association documents and forms, and much more.

We're excited about offering online association services and consider the service a valuable amenity for our association. Simply click LOGIN in the menu above to access our online association services now. If you are new to the service, be sure to complete the SIGN UP information to receive a password to the private and secured portions of the site. Please understand that this is a work in progress. There is a great deal of information that has yet to be loaded on the site so please do not be alarmed by gaps. In the coming days and weeks you will see formatting and content revisions as the site is fledged. Your feedback and recommendations will be helpful.

A message from our President:
It is an honor to inaugurate the Quadomain website. This event marks an important milestone in the history of the Association and in my personal journey. I was drawn into the affairs of the Association by the revelation that our representatives were behaving irresponsibly and compromising owner interests. Determined to find out how that could have happened, what I have learned is as profound as it is simple:
Quadomain is not alone. Similar stories are playing themselves out in Associations across the state; and as they are told, a distinct pattern emerges. Mischief occurs when and where:
1) Owners are uninformed and uninvolved,
2) There is no transparency in the affairs of the Association and
3) The representatives and staff are unaccountable.

This isn't that complicated. Many beachfront condominium owners are snowbirds - separated from the affairs of their Associations by time and distance. Transparency, the ability to clearly see what is happening, is largely a function of access to the official records of the Association and the ability to ask representatives questions. The Florida law called 'The Condominium Act' requires owners to request access to documents by certified mail, then wait several days to go to the Office and pay as much as 25 cents per page to get copies of documents they already own; the law also limits owners to one question per month.

These limitations make it unlikely that owners who live out of state, and those who work full-time, will be adequately informed. Irresponsible and dishonest representatives and staff profit from the majority of owners being uninformed and uninvolved.

Internet technology is the most democratizing since Gutenberg's printing press. It eliminates distance and connects limitless numbers of people, allowing them to share information and ideas. The launching of this website effectively opens a bright new chapter that is illuminated by the light of information. It is the fulfillment of the vision that ALL Quadomain owners, those near and far, be able to communicate, be informed, and actively participate in the affairs of their Association.

The Speakers' Corner area is for the exchange of information and ideas. It is the cyber equivalent of Speakers Corner in Great Britain, where all will be free to say what's on their minds. It is intended to permit Residents and Board members to post their thoughts and ideas. There is also a blog feature for real time chat.

Official Records (meeting minutes, financials, management reports and more) are available real-time to be viewed, printed, and downloaded. Project information will be provided. You can log in at your convenience and check the progress of the major projects.  Fortunately, more owners are becoming actively involved and participating in committees. Committee information and reports will soon be available on-line.  News and events are provided to keep you updated on matters of importance.  Members are free to opt-in to share their E-mail address with their neighbors. Going forward, members will be able to opt-out of traditional mail and to receive correspondence from the Association electronically. This will make communication more effective and save money.

Meeting and event information is also provided.  The Board, President, Treasurer and Manager will report regularly.  Links to local services and vendors are provided for your convenience.
This is an exciting, important and promising time. While we can't possibly know where this will ultimately lead, I encourage all to log on and join in. Let this be the start of a fruitful conversation that evolves with Quadomain throughout its days.
